Antistatic, medium-heavy ether-polyurethane suction hose with a reinforced stainless steel spiral (INOX AISI 302), highly flexible.
Thanks to food-contact approval according to EU 10/2011 and FDA CFR 21-177.2600, this hose is ideally suited as a food hose or pharmaceutical hose for applications in the food, pharmaceutical, and plastics industries – especially for the suction of granulates and highly abrasive media.
The COBIPUR M ETHER stands out for its very high abrasion resistance, its resistance to microbes and hydrolysis, and its excellent resistance to mineral oils, chemicals, UV radiation, ozone, and weathering. Despite its robustness, it is lightweight and extremely flexible even at low temperatures.
Thanks to the completely smooth interior, excellent flow properties are achieved, while the constant wall thickness of 1.5 mm across all diameters ensures consistent quality and safety. The special TPU material makes the hose permanently antistatic and, if required, even conductive by earthing the spiral.
